Sam Thompson is a young artist based in Hahndorf of the Adelaide Hills. At the age of 22 Sam is an extremely proficient portrait artist. Recently having his first solo exhibition and having a peice reach the finals of the Royal South Australian Society of Arts Portrait Prize 2013.
His creative journey has taken him to painting in water-colour and now spends his time out in the field and in the studio painting scenery in the nearby area.
Sam says I just love the creative process. Striving to bring something beautiful into existance is an honour. The journey from vision to reality is something very special.
